The Ministry of Public Service received notification from Eastern and Southern Africa Management Institute (ESAMI) calling for nomination of Senior Officers to attend a tailor-made Masters in Business Administration programme which is specifically designed for Senior Managers in the Public Service with a view of inculcating the right values, attitudes, knowledge and skills for the Senior Managers. The programme is scheduled to commence in November 2018 and the deadline for the submission of applications through the respective Responsible Officers to the PS, Ministry of Public Service is 15th Otober 2018. I have tried to login to HCM but in vain and this is how I try to do it; on username name I put in 00289614 and password I use abc@@223. But it shows the username or password is incorrect.
