Wilson Muruli Mukasa, officiated at the closure of the 4th Uganda Public Service Human Resource Managers network [UPSHRMNet] Annual Conference which took place in Mbale City. The Network brings together HR Professionals in the Public Service who meet Annually to deliberate on HR related issues aimed at improving the Service.
