The ministry under the civil service reforms and in an effort to implement these reforms motivation is key to performance in an organization.

The permanent Secretary Catherine Bitarakwate Musingwiire called for employees’ spirit of togetherness and team work which will propel the Ministry to meet its mandate when each one scores  and at the end of the day the overall ministry target of an efficient and effective civil service force will be realized.

Staff that were spoken to recommended that this kind meetings be regular and if possible four times a year. “It is good practice to brush shoulder with your boss when that feeling of Official respect is for time being put aside.”
