   We need your guidance over the the recruitment of clerk of works for assistant engineering officer
   (civil) is it in order cause the clerk of works has worked with the entity for the last 3 years but has an ordinary diploma in civil engineering yet the post has higher diploma in civil engineering. but out of my research i discovered is all course units are the same unlike in the previous i seek your guidance
