Pursuant to Section 4.7 of the Establishment Notice No. 2 of 2019, the Ministry has planned to decentralize online validation of Public Officers using the IPPS/NID interface to Ministries, Departments, Agencies and Local Governments with effect from August 2019.
To ensure effective implementation, a hands—on training was organized to build capacity of end users on the usage of the interface to verify Public Officers, Pensioners and beneficiaries against the NID database. The training covered two participants from each MDAs/LG comprising of the Responsible Officer who will be the approver and a Human Resource Officer as data entrant.

IPPS/NID

The training was conducted at the Uganda Benefits and Retirement Regulatory Authority (UBRA). The training was designed in lots of 6 ;

Lot 1    22nd & 23rd July 22019

Lot 2    25th & 26th July 2019

Lot 3    29th & 30th July 2019

Lot 4    1st & 2nd August 2019

Lot 5    8th & 9th August 2019

Lot 6    12th & 13th August 2019
