Department of Public Service Inspection (PSI) received a fully digitized Public Service Inspection Tool developed by the Department of Statistics Monitoring and Evaluation (SME). The tool, which takes immediate effect, is expected to significantly reduce the turnaround time for generating inspection findings. With real-time data entry replacing manual writing, field information will now be captured instantly and seamlessly processed into reports. As a result, the consolidation of key inspection findings previously taking several months, will now be completed within days, greatly enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness in the inspection process.
