Please assist me to get my retirement benefits. I retired in June 2020 , my last pay IPPS 14554 payroll of Ministry of Education and Sports at Directorate of Education Standards based at regional level, Mbarara office. Many correspondences in form of telephone calls have been made. Recently I was told that the salary which I had been getting for past three years was not my level because it was science scale u2 and yet I was a graduate science teacher, Lecturer NTC and Senior Inspector of science based subjects Maths and physics before promotion to Principal Inspector May 2018, when my salary was automatically put in science category by automatic system without my input.
Now they told me, human resource, officials at Education ministry that my pension will be worked on lower u2 not science as on my last pay slip. Please help me because I am not responsible for the pay that was given to me and moreover it is against the law. Thanks a lot and please follow up my complaint with concerned offices.
