Hon. Minister Wilson Muruli Mukasa has hailed the Leadership of Uganda for driving the Countrys economy towards the desired Vision 2040. He noted that it is only through the able Leadership of this country that peoples livelihoods will change for the better.

A meeting to discuss the draft Productivity Measurement Framework was held on 7th August 2025 at the National Records Centre and Archives (NRCA). The framework is being developed through a partnership between the Ministry of Public Service and Makerere University Research and Innovations Fund (RIF), with the Department of Management Services providing technical counterpart support to the lead consultancy team from Makerere University.     Oh, thanks but how are you trying to address corruption in education service commission country wide specifically district service commission and then why shouldn’t the public service commission choose the district service commission instead of being chosen by the district chairperson because these district service commissions have the highest degree of racial discrimination, segregation, favouritism and are religious based because you find that at the commission, there is no or one member from acertain religion and the rest are from the same religion which has brought imbalances in giving jobs to our citizens. Thanks again.
