   Thank you for the new system but me personally am having a problem with the new system, ever since it started I have tried to access my information but whenever I put my username and password they tell me that user name or password is incorrect. Am Tumushabe Deus a porter working with Mbarara district local government. Even when I use other computers it’s the same story, I can not access my pay slips and can’t even apply for a leave. Every office I have tried for help they tell me to go and use the electronic system. How can I be helped.?thank you.
