Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Service, Dr. Steven Okiror, today chaired the Senior Management Team (SMT) meeting, which discussed the African Public Service Day (APSD) report, reviewed the status of Bills and Policies, and received a briefing on the Governance Empowerment Network from the Department of HRMS.
