
On Saturday, 19th February 2022, participants of MoPS at NALI received a lecture from Maj. Kigozi Kawesa and Maj. Onesmas Kakuru on “Rick but poor (knowing Uganda), a survey of Uganda’s Economic Potentials.
The objective of this lecture was to make participants appreciate the abundant natural resources endowed by Uganda and the need to jealously guard them.
He further emphasized the need for value addition on our produces in order to compete well in the region and also to earn more than exporting raw materials.

But I think Health workforce has been left out on these patriotism trainings at NALI. I can confirm to you that a number of them really need to be redirected in terms of national directions.
