Target Group
The training targets trainers of the Department of Records and Information Management, MoPS and other MDAs.
PURPOSE: To enhance the capacity of staff to plan for, manage and evaluate effective training interventions in Records and Information Management
Programme Objectives:
Upon completion of this programme, participants shall be able to:
- Apply acquired knowledge and skills in identifying and conducting training needs assessment
- Design, – implement and evaluate training programmes
- Demonstrate understanding of how to use adult learning methodologies in training
