Today 22nd August 2023, a meeting has been held at the Ministry of Public Service to harmonise the structures for the health facilities ( NRHs, RRHs, UCL, UHI,) General hospital and lower health facilities.

      Good afternoon I have a concern,
      I am the health information assistant attached to hcii
      My concern is since July 2020 we had a salary deduction up to today and without any clear reasons
      Since salary is a right and the standing order state clearly salaries can only go up not downward please can you help me get clarity as to why my was brought down great to get good response

    Why is it that accountants are not considered in the approved structure for the Health centers yet they are crucial in their day to day financial management activities.and yet other cadres are considered like secretaries.
