The Minister of Public Service, Hon. Wilson Muruli Mukasa, officiated at the closure of the 4th Uganda Public Service Human Resource Managers network [UPSHRMNet] Annual Conference which took place in Mbale City. The Network brings together HR Professionals in the Public Service who meet Annually to deliberate on HR related issues aimed at improving the Service.

The Permanent Secretary Ministry of Public Service, Catherine Bitarakwate Musingwiire (Mrs), officiated at the opening of the 4th UPSHRMNet Annual Conference held in Mbale City under the theme “Staying Professional, driving the Government Transformation Agenda”. She applauded the leadership of the network on the successes during their tenure.
