The Secretarial Cadre Professional Development Committee focal persons training was conducted from the 14th to the 15th of November 2024 at NRCA.

The Commissioner of Compensation, Mr. Victor Bua, officiated at the closure of the Secretarial Cadre Professional Development Committee focal persons training, which was conducted from the 14th to the 15th of November 2024 at NRCA. The Commissioner, who represented the PS, gave the closing remarks and also awarded a certificate of completion to the participants.

The Ministry of Public Service, in coordination with the Secretarial Cadre Professional Development Committee, conducted a two-day training from 14th to 15th November 2024 at NRCA for the Secretarial Cadre focal persons.

This will involve developing the online tool to track level of application, testing it’s functionality and rolling it out to selected 10 pilot LLG and 5 Service Units
