The Commissioner of Compensation, Mr. Victor Bua, officiated at the closure of the Secretarial Cadre Professional Development Committee focal persons training, which was conducted from the 14th to the 15th of November 2024 at NRCA.
The Commissioner, who represented the PS, gave the closing remarks and also awarded a certificate of completion to the participants.
