   Discrimination hurts and kills the moral. What do you expect the head of Education Department in a Local Government to do if even a classroom teacher at U4SC gets 4m while they get 1.6m? What about the chief executive at the LG? Corruption will increase.

   LG workers are suffering. They prepare the payments of the scientists while they has never been enhanced since 2000s. Misery and stress only.
