I wish we had planners in this country. Can we boast of having service delivery without enough staff?

It’s a shame that this ministry exists out of 45.9m Ugandans only 366,574 people have jobs in public service. What are you doing in your offices exactly. Waiting for salaries?

I have a question, when is the ministry recruiting this year

  3. Kindly, Allow Public Institutions to recruit Volunteers,
I graduated with A Bachelor of Public Health from Gulu University, but no NGOs are recruiting because I have no working experience, they can’t take me as a Volunteer even, which would leave me with Government Institutions to Volunteer and get experience, but Even them, say They’re not allowed to recruit Volunteers. Kindly Your educated Citizens are too suffering unemployment.

Presidential Directive to put Kampala PDM Assistant Ward administrators on public service has been pending for over 2 years yet the government continues to trust them with billions of parish revolving fund under KCCA temporary engagements without identifications
This poor Human resource management will be held responsible for PDM failure in Kampala

  9. WAKABI HABERT says :Reply

The KCCA Assistant Ward Administrators continue to operate without public service contracts for over 2 years despite the presidential Directive to enroll them in public service system
This puts at risk billions of parish revolving funds being managed by staff on temporary engagements without identifications

  10. You should recruit more health worker and teachers those are the backbone of our country.

It’s painful to read the statement up there and sometimes I get emotional. This ctry has got people with sharp brains and great ideas but some Ugandans in positions tend to intentionally ignore and put barriers for other Ugandans.
Those in charge of govt entities should open up doors for other Ugandans to contribute their country. Why hide info

  14. Nakirijja Dorothy says :Reply

I need a vacancy, advertise the jobs

  15. Hunter says :Reply

    Tax should reduce

  16. Don’t leave me behind.

We read in Newspapers that Ministries are understaffed yet they train fresh graduates and don’t retain them to cover gaps . Yet most of us are jobless .my question is when is government going to plan for people that are graduating every year?when is government budget able to take up all the graduates.
