A workshop was held to discuss the need for implementing reforms to establish and operationalize Service Uganda Centers, aimed at enhancing efficient and effective service delivery. Spearheaded by the Ministry of Public Service, this reform will lead to the establishment of 19 regional Service Centers. During the opening of the workshop, Mrs. Jane Kyarisiima Mwesiga, DHOPS/OPM, emphasized the importance of CEOs and PSs taking ownership of this reform as a crucial step toward improving service delivery to citizens.
