The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Service (MoPS), Mrs. Catherine Bitarakwate Musingwiire, on behalf of the Minister of State for Public Service, officially closed the Annual Public Sector Managers’ Conference held from 18th to 20th February 2026 at Las Vegas Hotel, Mbarara. In addition, talk shows were conducted to raise public awareness about the critical role Human Resource practitioners play in enhancing service delivery and strengthening performance across the Public Service.
