The Induction Training for Newly Recruited Immigration Officers on General Public Service, which started on the 11th, has ended today, the 19th of March 2025, at the Uganda Police Training School in Kabalye, Masindi.

Mr. Odongo Paul, PHRO – CSCU, took participants through “Overview of Government (Goals, Principals and Objectives)”.

Ms. Savia Mugwanya, C/CSCU, took participants through “Government Reforms for transformative Service delivery” and “Terms and Conditions of Service”.

Mr. John Bosco Bananuka, AC/TMD – CSCU, took participants through “Performance Management” and “Positive Work environment”.

Mr. Amori Moses, PHRO – CSCU, took participants through “Discipline and Grievance Handling in the Public Service” and “Communication in Public Service”.

Mr. Wafula George, AC/HRM – HRPD, took participants through “Training and Career Progression”.

Mr. Adam Tusiime Mugarura, AC/ HRM – Compensation, took participants through “Career Transition and Management”.

Mr. Bua Victor Leku, C/HRM – Compensation, took participants through “Retirement Planning and Exit Management”.
