The PS/MOPS, Officiated at the opening of a two-weeks Training of Trainers workshop, in HCM modules in two venues, at the Ministry HCM Lab and at Golden Tulip. This is a series of continuing trainings of all votes as HCM is being rolled out across government. The participants are HRs drawn from selected MDAs and Local government.
