    That is so good because it will reduce on the rate of ghost payments .
    You should also think about the update of the deceased civil servants because, This can be done through informing their loved ones to avail the documents of the deceased.

    It’s agood exercise but officers conducting it are too arrongant as if they were forced. Napak district. They have even entered some people’s details wrongly.
