The Office of the Auditor General conducted a validation exercise to all active staff of the Ministry of Public Service. The validation exercise was physical, and staff had to turn up with original copies of the National ID, Work ID, Initial appointment letter, subsequent appointment letters.

    That is so good because it will reduce on the rate of ghost payments .
    You should also think about the update of the deceased civil servants because, This can be done through informing their loved ones to avail the documents of the deceased.

    It’s agood exercise but officers conducting it are too arrongant as if they were forced. Napak district. They have even entered some people’s details wrongly.
