The HCM rollout at Kawempe National Referral Hospital seems to be progressing well, with the HCM team led by PHRO Mr. Mbatya Philip actively engaging with Hospital Director Dr. Byaruhanga Emmanuel Kayogoza. The team appears to be conducting a comprehensive training session on HCM modules and processes, ensuring that the hospital staff are well-prepared for the upcoming HCM GO-LIVE.

A successful HCM rollout requires careful planning, extensive training, and effective communication with all stakeholders involved. It’s encouraging to see the team taking the time to educate the Hospital Director about the HCM system, as this will help foster a shared understanding and commitment towards its implementation.

By involving key personnel like Mr. Mbatya Philip, who leads the HCM team, and Dr. Byaruhanga Emmanuel Kayogoza, the Hospital Director, MoPS demonstrates a commitment to effective leadership and collaboration. Their presence and engagement emphasize the importance of the HCM project and the value it will bring to the hospital’s operations.

With this level of dedication and knowledge transfer, the hospital is setting a solid foundation for a successful HCM GO-LIVE. It is crucial to continue providing ongoing support and training to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the benefits of the new system for both the staff and the patients at Kawempe National Referral Hospital.
