The Department of Human Resource Management/Finance and Administration is conducting hands-on training for all staff of the Ministry on the Balanced Scorecard under the HCM System. Held in both morning and afternoon sessions, the training is aimed at equipping staff with practical knowledge and skills on applying for leave and conducting performance appraisals through the HCM System.
