The Minister of Public Service, Hon.Gen. Katumba Wamala has met with his Excellency Leonard Zulu the UN Resident Coordinator to Uganda who paid a courtesy visit in his office. The two discussed partinate issues focusing on various issues of Public Service and how to coordinate in order to improve service delivery in the Public Service.
