The meeting was held on 14th July, 2022 at the National Records Centre and Archives (NRCA) to review the Programme annual performance for FY 2021/2022.

The Commissioner Policy and Planning Mr. Tegyeza Joses gave opening remarks on behalf of the Permanent Secretary.
The Assistant Commissioner Performance Management Mr. Watulo David made a presentation on Strengthening Accountability for Results.
The Assistant Commissioner Institutional Assessment gave a presentation on Management Structures.
The Assistant Commissioner ICT Mr. Mundua Patrick gave a presntation on Human Resource Management.
