A research report conducted by the Ministry of Public Service and Makerere University, on the impact of Salary enhancement on the performance of Secondary School Teachers in Uganda, was finalized and presented to the Minister of Public Service, Hon Wilson Muruli Mukasa, during the top management meeting.
