Continuous hands-on training sessions for the Human Capital Management System (HCM) took place at the Luzira Complex for the Uganda Prisons Service on Friday, February 28, 2025. The sessions concentrated on the different modules of the HCM. Participants included Warders, Wardresses, and Civilian staff at the U7 level. Additionally, the Quality Assurance (QA) team, represented by Mr. Alinda Anthony and Ms. Pearl Kirabo, actively participated in the training sessions.
