The Minister of Public Service, Hon. Wilson Muruli Mukasa and the State Minister of Public Service, Hon. Grace Mary Mugasa handed over offices yesterday to their Successors, Hon. Gen. Katumba Wamala and Hon. Lydia Wanyoto Mutende in the boardroom. The ceremony was witnessed by Heads of Departments & Units and the media fraternity.
