On Thursday, February 20, 2025, continuous hands-on training sessions for the Human Capital Management System (HCM) took place at the Luzira Complex for the Uganda Prisons Service. The sessions concentrated on the different modules of the HCM. Participants included Corporals (CPLs) and civilian staff members at the U6 level.
