Programme Scorecard for the Public Sector Transformation Programme

by Lawrence Engwenyu / 21 July 2026 / Published in Featured, General, News

The Ministry of Public Service has invited key stakeholders to participate in a high-level meeting to discuss the Draft Programme Scorecard for the Public Sector Transformation Programme.

The meeting forms part of the ongoing efforts under the Programme Implementation Action Plan (PIP), which seeks to strengthen accountability, performance monitoring, and service delivery across the public sector. The Ministry is spearheading the development of a comprehensive Programme Scorecard, aligned with the Balanced Scorecard Framework, to guide and track the transformation agenda.

The Draft Scorecard has been developed to support evidence-based performance monitoring, enhance transparency, and promote improved public service delivery. The meeting will provide a platform for stakeholders to review the draft, share insights, and build consensus on the way forward.

In addition, stakeholders have been requested to prepare and submit their respective Vote Annual Performance Reports to the Secretariat, in line with the provided reporting template.
