A three day specialized training on the Human Capital Management System (HCM), organised by the Ministry of Public Service to Internal Auditors and Accountants from Ministries, Departments, Agencies, and Local Governments which was taking place at Minisitry of Finance training room was successfully concluded and participants were awarded certificate of completion.
