The Ministry of Public Service has invited key government institutions and stakeholders to participate in a validation workshop for the Draft Knowledge Management Policy and Strategy for the Public Service at NRCA. Dr Okiror Stephen who represented the PS/MOPS officiated at the opening and informed the team that this initiative is part of efforts by the Ministry to strengthen institutional memory, enhance service delivery, and promote evidence-based decision-making across public institutions. Knowledge Management has been identified as a critical enabler under the National Development Plan IV (NDP IV), underscoring its importance in improving efficiency and effectiveness within government operations.
This workshop therefore was to provide a platform for stakeholders to review, validate, and contribute to the draft policy and strategy before its finalization.
