The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Public Service, Mrs. Catherine Bitarakwate Musingwiire, received three new vehicles this morning from the Deputy Secretary to the Treasury, Mr. Patrick Ociliap, at the Ministry of Finance on March 3, 2025. These vehicles will help support the activities of HRMS, the wage bill, and pensions, among others. Also present were Commissioner HRMS Mr. Muhereza Allan, PM Mr. Ssaka Robert, and other officials from the Ministry of Finance.
