The PS/MOPS, Mrs. Catherine Bitarakwate Musingwiire has officiated at the opening of HCM training of trainers(TOT) in all HCM Modules, for 40 MDAs and Local Governments organized by HRMS department, taking place at MOPS HCM training bureau and Golden Tulip from 27th October to 7th November 2025.
