The Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Public Service (MoPS), Mrs. Catherine Bitarakwate Musingwiire, chaired a meeting with officials from the Ministry of Defence and Veteran Affairs (MoDVA) to bring the Ministry on board in the establishment and operationalization of the Kampala Service Uganda Centre at Posta Uganda.
