A meeting to discuss the draft Productivity Measurement Framework was held on 7th August 2025 at the National Records Centre and Archives (NRCA). The framework is being developed through a partnership between the Ministry of Public Service and Makerere University Research and Innovations Fund (RIF), with the Department of Management Services providing technical counterpart support to the lead consultancy team from Makerere University.
