The PS/MOPS, Catherine Bitarakwate Musingwiire (Mrs.), has joined a meeting of heads of Human Resource Managers of MDAs and Public Universities at NRCA.
The meeting was to present and discuss topical Human Resource Management issues, proposals for the amendment of the Public Service Act, Cap 91, emerging issues on RAPEX, and the adoption and utilization of HCM Modules by MDAs/LGs, as well as a presentation from UPSHRMNet.
