MINISTRY TECHNICAL TEAM MEET AT JINJA CIVIL SERVICE COLLEGE IN A CONSULTATIVE WORKSHOP TO MAP OUT AND ANALYZE ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT/CONTENT MANAGEMENT PROCESS FROM 17TH- 21ST JUNE, 2019

COMMISSIONER RECORDS AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT LILIAN ARISO OPENED THE MEETING

TEAM MEETING IN PICTURE AT CIVIL SERVICE COLLEGE FROM 17TH – 21ST JUNE, 2019.

Among the underlying business processes to support human resource business processes in the implementation of Human Capital Management System includes content management process that is focused on timely routing, indexing and attachment of necessary electronic documents/records.

Whereas the Ministry currently uses a standalone Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) linked to IPPS, the new HCM is envisaged to have an inbuilt content management module to manage documents and content and seamless integrated with EDMS. Therefore, critical to the success of HCM project is a need to map the business process in regards to electronic document and content management to ensure timely activation of this functionality. This will also provide full view of the business process to all stakeholders.
