The hand over and swearing-in Ceremony happened at Uganda Retirements Benefits Authority (URBA) on 30th June,2022. The event was officiated by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Public Service Mrs. Catherine Bitarakwate Musingwiire.
The Clinic was held on 30th June, 2022 in the Ministry Boardroom where discussions on how the implementation will be scaled down from Heads of Department to Officers from Performance Agreements to Appraisals.

Otherwise they are aware of the RIM standards.
