Swearing in of new committee members of the Uganda Public Service Human Resource Managers Network (UPS-HRM).

The hand over and swearing-in Ceremony happened at Uganda Retirements Benefits Authority (URBA) on 30th June,2022. The event was officiated by the Permanent Secretary Ministry of Public Service Mrs. Catherine Bitarakwate Musingwiire.

The Commissioner Human Resource Management Ministry of Foreign Affairs Mr. Kiguli Herbert as the new Uganda Public Service Human Resource Managers Network Chairperson.
The PS congratulated the new important appointees and thanked the out-going committee for steering the Human Resource Management profession this far. She emphasized the need for further professionalizing the cadre and as employees should promote employee resilience, organizational transformation, employee health and wellness, occupational health and safety as well as security.
