On Monday, February 17, 2025, a hands-on training session on the Human Capital Management System (HCM) was held at Luzira Complex for the Uganda Prisons Service. The training focused on the various HCM modules. The audience included the Assistant Commissioners of Prisons (ACPs), Senior Superintendents of Prisons (SSPs), Superintendents (SPs), Assistant Superintendents of Prisons (ASPs), Principal Officers (POs), and civilian staff at levels U1-U5.
