The Minister of Public Service, Hon.Wilson Muruli Mukasa launched the Government Empowerment Network [GEN]

at Sheraton Hotel Kampala yesterday the 08th July 2025 aimed at capacity building of Public servants & improving service delivery.

The GEN will be conducted by INSTIGLIO in partnership with Ministry of Public Service, a non-profit NGO.
