The Ministry of Public Service conducted a sensitisation workshop on Business Process Reviews and Re-engineering for Government Service Delivery Systems and processes across Ministries at NRCA. The aim is to raise awareness and promote appreciation of Business Processes Re-engineering (BPR) in Government as a means of enhancing Public Service Productivity, minimize resource wastage, and improve customer satisfaction.
