D iscussion of submissions from other Inspectorate Agencies on their suggestions to review the joint inspection tools. The key issues discussed included, strengthening the use of E-Inspection tools across Government, ensuring the annual common inspection report is produced before 31st August for circulation to key stakeholders and a discussion on institutional inspection tools
