Ministry of Public Service Launches Full Decentralization of the Pensions System

The Ministry of Public Service has launched the Full Decentralization of the Pensions Processing System.
The Decentralization process is aimed to bring services nearer to the people, and to increase the speed at which pension requests are processed.

    My wife died in 2014 I have moved several times to the ministry from Nakasongola UpTo now her gratuity and pension have never been paid ,why? Others have already been paid those who retired,died recently.
