On the 11th January, 2022, The Minister of Public Service, Hon. Wilson Muruli Mukasa met a delegation from Uganda Medical Laboratory Technology Association (UMLTA) at the Ministry of Public Service boardroom where grievances affecting staff members were discussed and agreed upon. With this, the planned sit-down strike was called-off.
