The Performance Enhancement Training for the staff of Namisindwa District Local Government commenced on March 24th and concluded today, March 26th, 2025.

Mr. Kitavujja Leonard, the Chief Administrative Officer of Namisindwa District Local Government, delivered the Opening Remarks, formally inaugurating the training session, and also provided the Closing Remarks.

Mr. Amori Moses, PHRO – CSCU, took participants through “Overview of Performance Management in Public Service” and “Employee Engagement and Empowerment.”

Mr. Watulo David, AC/HRM – MoPS, took participants through “Understanding the Balanced Scorecard Perspectives.”

Ms. Sophie Nakazzi, AC/HRM – MoPS, took participants through “Developing the Balanced Scorecard for the CAO, Heads of Departments, and Heads of Units.”

Mr. Nakhaima Ronald, Sub County Chief, gave participants closing remarks.

Mr. Maina Fred, Secretary of Finance, Planning and Administration, gave closing remarks and officially closed the training on behalf of the Chairperson LC V.
